I started working as a leader, trainer and manager in education over 30 years ago frequently with a responsibility for adult and young people’s pastoral care and wellbeing. Since 2000, I’ve been working as a coach and helped many clients break through the barriers of stress, low mood and anxiety as well as achieve their goals.
