In my 30s I realised that despite appearing successful and competent inside I was battling a lack of confidence, stress and worry and it was exhausting! Stress and anxiety were moving in on me, big time! So, I decided to find a solution, a better way to do life and feel able to cope even thrive no matter what. I started with counselling training and then I discovered the power of NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and it was as if a lightbulb had gone on!
Learning and development being my thing I continued to study and train and included mindfulness, clinical hypnosis and many other ologies to help build me up and most importantly be able to enjoy being me, doing what I was good at.
Very quickly I realised I was not alone and many others felt this struggle with life. So, I decided to train as a coach to help others find their comfort zone, inner strength, success and wellbeing. I now work with people from all walks of life who want to ‘get on, not down’ in life, no matter what they are dealing with; maybe relationship endings, lifestyle changes or experiencing the heavy drag of stress and anxiety. I now use my many years of experience and study to coach online and in person to show others stress/anxiety doesn’t have to be part of your life, you can learn how to easily build the life and mindsets you want to surf the challenges and achieve your goals.
