Try Mindfulness Meditation to help you to: • Cope more effectively with both short and long-term stress • Increase your ability to relax and experience calm • Increase your concentration, energy and enthusiasm for life • Improve your self-confidence and acceptance of life as it is today. During the sessions you will have the opportunity to experience varied ways in which you can bring mindfulness meditation into your daily life. There will also be formal meditation practices that involve sitting, lying or walking giving you an opportunity to start a practice that works best for you. Your tutor, Fiona Chapman, will guide you through the exercises, no previous experience is needed.
PLEASE NOTE: One to one sessions - Your session has been reserved for you and it is Fiona Chapman’s policy to charge £25.00 for cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice. Non-attendance of a fee-paying booked session, without prior warning, will result in a charge being made that is equal to the fee of the session. On signing below you agree to pay fees incurred in those circumstances. Course sessions for two or more people are purchased in advance and withdrawal from the course will only incur fee reimbursement for the remaining sessions in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Fiona Chapman.
