Ferndown - Weds and Fri, Hambledon Health, Blandford - Tues, Thurs, Sat. CBT can help you make sense of problem situations, thoughts, emotions, physical feelings and actions. CBT is based on the concept of these five areas being interconnected and affecting each other and by working on each part changes can be achieved. For example, your thoughts about a certain situation can often affect how you feel, both physically and emotionally, as well as how you act. To help you make the changes you want CBT sessions are structured and mainly focused on identifying the problems happening now and looking for ways to deal with those problems by finding more helpful solutions and approaches. PLEASE NOTE: One to one sessions - Your session has been reserved for you and it is Fiona Chapman’s policy to charge £25.00 for cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice. Non-attendance of a fee-paying booked session, without prior warning, will result in a charge being made that is equal to the fee of the session. On signing below you agree to pay fees incurred in those circumstances. Course sessions for two or more people are purchased in advance and withdrawal from the course will only incur fee reimbursement for the remaining sessions in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Fiona Chapman.
